Junior Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Taking notes and minutes in meetings
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
- Preparing documents for meetings and business meetings
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organization
- Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of project and task management tools
- 1 - 2 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
- Stock organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
- High degree of attention to detail
- Data entry experience
- Working knowledge of general office equipment, Filing
